It is with great pride that I have the opportunity to introduce CrossRoads to Independence! This organization was founded on the principles of acknowledging the abilities of the people we support. We believe with quality programming and supports they will exceed all of their goals, live and work above their potential and become contributing and respected members of our community. The people that choose CrossRoads as a provider strive to have choice, control and leadership over their own lives. We empower the people we support to have fully integrated lives at home and at work. The team of clinicians that make up our CrossRoads family have years of experience and leadership in our industry. Together we have celebrated the successes of many! We have watched people take charge of their lives, impact the community in great ways and become change makers! One person at a time, CrossRoads is promoting change in our communities as people living with different abilities become our neighbors, co-workers and friends. Our Mission
We are dedicated to providing quality home and community services to our individuals. We will ensure opportunities for everyday experiences within their home, community and place of employment, utilize accurate assessment of strengths, needs and desires of all of individuals, develop and maintain strong community connections so that opportunities are identified, implement quality person centered support through all daily activities, maintain commitment to ensuring that each individual we support experiences success on a daily basis and embrace challenges to ensure positive outcomes.
